Volunteer Credentials

We greatly appreciate your willingness to volunteer your time as a coach.

All new and returning coaches are required to register online each year, even if you have participated in previous seasons. If you plan to coach or add a new coach or assistant to your team, please ensure all of the requirements below are completed.

Please note that the initial training courses are approximately 1.5 hours each. We strongly encourage you to begin these as early as possible. All requirements must be completed prior to the start of the season to avoid any delays in receiving your credentials and being cleared to coach.

Head coaches are also asked to help ensure that all assistant coaches are fully compliant by sharing this information and confirming completion of all requirements.

WEEKLY SESSION PLANS

At the start of every season, all coaches receive weekly practice session plans via the playmetrics app.

If you did not receive your session plans or need another copy:

Contact the Director of Coaching to request them again.

Each plan includes:

• Age-appropriate drills and small-sided activities
• Skill development focus areas
• Game-based learning objectives
