Cancellation Procedures

Road Teams

Cancellations for Road teams that are playing at home will be posted on the website and hotline by 7:30 on Saturday mornings.  Road teams that are playing away will be contacted by their coach if the game is cancelled.

In Town Teams

If the website and/or hotline are not updated with a GAMES CANCELLED message, then games are on and fields are playable. If some but not all fields are deemed unplayable, those games affected will be moved to an open field. They will not be cancelled. Visible signs will be placed on the field and on the concession stand bulletin board directing teams to new fields.

Rainouts will be called no later than 7:00 am on Saturday morning. Both the website and hotline will be updated as soon as possible but definitely by 7:15 am. If it has been continuously raining Friday check the website and/or hotline Friday night. Depending on the weather forecasts games could be cancelled in full or half day chunks.

Half day cancellation procedures are as follows:

At 7:00 am games with start times 7:45 am through 11:00 am will be cancelled. At 11:00 am the website/hotline will be updated to either play or cancel games with start times 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
