Field Director
Effective May, 2009, MYS has redefined the board position of Field Director to align it with it's supervisory nature. The physical requirements previously associated with the position have been delegated to a volunteer Field Preparation team. Under the management of the Field Director, the Field Preparation team is responsible for the weekly field maintenance. This modification has helped make the position more manageable.

- Organize lead volunteers to prep fields/complex for weekly games
Management
- Field Prep for Each Season
- Oversee annual field repair/maintenance
- Lead special field set up projects
