First Annual Marathon Soccer
Sign Up Now ! Saturday May 31 is the date for Mansfield Youth Soccer's first annual soccer marathon. The game will be played on the high school athletic field and will include soccer players of all ages --from five years to adult. The "Playing for Green" marathon is a fundraiser for our Fields of Green effort to raise funds to renovate the Plymouth St. fields. <Click here for more information, to sponsor a team, pledge a player or to register>

Registration is now open for the fall season. Players wishing to play the travel league must register by May 20th and be present at the June tryout session. Travel uniforms for ages U9- U13 are being replaced, please place your order. A family maximum of $200 will be followed, this does not include cost of uniforms.

MANSFIELD YOUTH SOCCER TEAMS UP WITH HORNETS SOCCER CAMP TO OFFER TWO WEEKS OF SOCCER CAMP THIS SUMMER. MYS is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with Kevin Smith's Hornets Soccer Camp to offer two weeks of summer camps in 2008.

Be sure to stop by the new MYS Apparel Store located at the concession stand. Starting April 12th, Mansfield Youth Soccer is expanding their apparel line by setting up a store in the concession stand. Now you can purchase MYS apparel and other soccer related items each week. The store will have stocked items for sale such as sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, cinch sacks, visors, scrunchies, sweet spots, soccer earrings, pre-wrap, socks, umbrellas and much more. Store hours are 8:00am – 1:00pm every Saturday. However, if fields are closed due to inclement weather, the store will also be closed. Please support our program and stop by the concession stand – all profits fund the
Fields of Green and other MYS programs.Small-sided Soccer WILL CONTINUE in the Spring
Mansfield Youth Soccer will be continuing with small - sided soccer for ages
U5-U8 which was introduced in FALL 2007. Based on the positive feedback
from coaches, parents, and players MYS feels the program was a success though it
took a few weeks of getting used to it. MYS did listen to the concerns as
well and will adjust team sizes to accommodate dual sided games. We thank
you for your feedback and welcome your additional feedback.
MYS Seeks Volunteers to fill positions
MYS currently has a volunteer opening in our organization. We are looking
for people with an interest in getting more involved with MYS to step into this
role.
